The Tea Collective's Lapsang Souchong pure black tea

Lapsang Souchong


From the Fujian Province in China, this tea uses the riper, larger leaves from the lower parts of the tea bush and is then smoked and dried in bamboo baskets over resin filled pine wood. Traditionally used for digestion, this tea has the perfect balance between smoky and spicy.

Serve: Hot or Cold
Measure: 1 teaspoon (3gm) to 1 cup (300mL) boiling water
Temperature: 100oC (212oF)åÊ
