Organic Dragon Chai


Also known as 'wet' chai, this delicious and unique sticky blend is carefully steeped in Australian honey after it is combined with organic herbs and spices. Perfect to serve black, with your favourite milk or milk alternative.

Serve: Hot
Measure: 1 teaspoon (3gm) tea to 1 cup (300mL) boiling water
Temperature: 100oC (212oF)
Time: 3-5 minutes

Ingredients: Cardamom pods, ginger root, black peppercorns, bay leaves, cinnamon quills, star anise, fennel, organic orange pekoe black tea, premium Australian honey.
