• Directions

  For Cafe - 80z cup (240mls).

  1. Add 2 teaspoons (10g) of The Tea Collective Chai Latte to a milk jug, with a small amount of hot water (just enough to cover the powder) and stir well.
  2. Add 200mls of milk or milk alternative and stretch milk as usual.
  3. Pour into latte glass and serve with a delicate sprinkle of cinnamon.

  NOTE: In the absence of a coffee machine, opt for milk heated to 65°C.
   

  Easy Cold Brew

  1. Add 2 teaspoons of The Tea Collective Chai Latte to a glass.
  2. Add a very small amount of hot water (just enough to cover the powder) and stir well.
  3. Add a generous amount of ice cubes, top with cold milk and a delicate sprinkle of cinnamon.
