  • I need to track my order

    Your tracking details will be emailed to the address you specified when you placed your order. If you cannot find this email please reach out to us at hello@theteacollective.com.au and we will help track your purchase.

  • I need help finding the best tea for me

    All our teas are categorised into Collections. We have detailed tasting profiles and all ingredients listed beneath each product.   • Does your tea come in Tea Bags?

    Yes! And we don't use low graded tea dust that most other teabags are full of. We use the exact same tea as our loose leaf blends. Nine of our most popular blends come in luxury, eco friendly teabags. You will find them under the teabagsmenu here.

  • What happens if I made a mistake in my postage details

    Contact us as soon as you notice your mistake and we may be able to fix it before it's dispatched. But once it leaves our warehouse, it's out of our hands. If the parcel is returned to us we will repost it at your expense.

  • Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

    We do not offer refunds in this situation, so please choose carefully. For more details on our refunds policy please refer to our refunds policy.

  • How do you ensure quality assurance?

  • Are your tea's safe to drink during pregnancy?

    Even though our teas use all natural ingredients we do recommend always checking with your health practitioner about what is right for your individual pregnancy.
