Real Assam black tea with a full masala behind it — cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, star anise, clove, black pepper, nutmeg, vanilla bean — finished with a pinch of pink Australian salt. The salt is the trick. It isn't there to be tasted; it's there to lift everything else, the way a pinch in a caramel makes it taste more of itself.
Warm, layered, faintly sweet, with the pepper arriving late. Gluten free, vegan and refined sugar free.
