Tie Guan Yin is a famous oolong from the high mountains of Taiwan. Oxidisation is approximately 15-30%. It is produced by rolling the leaves in a cloth ball giving the leaf the beautiful little balls that will unfurl in your cup.
Tasting notes: The liquor is bright green with a smooth, lingering aftertaste. Light sweet and fragrant, this tea is a perfect beginners Oolong.
