This incredibly easy recipe is delicious, nutritious and a total show stopper for an easy breakfast or bruch.

Ingredients
-
1 serve of Chocolate Coconut Chai (following directions on label)
-
3 tbs of Chia Seeds
-
1/4 spoon of Pure Vanilla Extract
-
1 ripe Australian Mango
-
1 tbs of Sugar Subsitute
-
1/8 tsp of cinnamon
-
Coconut Yoghurt
Directions
Follow directions on the back of the label to create 1 cup of Chocolate Coconut chai and let cool.
Add chia seeds & sweetener to chai.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Dice a whole ripe mango to the set chia & garnish with coconut yoghurt & cinnamon.
