Ingredients
- 30 ml quality vodka
- 30ml of quality coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
- 1 tsp The Tea Collectives Chai Latte (plus extra for garnish)
- 60ml thickened cream
- Ice cubes
- Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, Chai Latte Powder, and cream.
- Add ice cubes, and shake vigorously to create a thick froth.
- Strain the mixture into a flat champagne glass or elegant glass of your choice, allowing the frothy top to form.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick, star anise star and a sprinkle of Chai Latte Powder for an elegant touch.
