Ingredients

  • 4-5 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp The Tea Collective’s Matcha Latte
  • 100ml hot water

Directions

  1. Roughly chop strawberries and sprinkle optional sugar or honey over the top. Place into glass.
  2. Fill glass with fresh ice over strawberry mixture.
  3. Carefully pour chilled coconut milk over strawberry mixture.
  4. Add 1 tsp Matcha Latte into a bowl and whisk in a Z shape with water until frothy.
  5. Carefully pour over coconut milk to create a layered asthetic.
