our founder

an education
in detail

A decade in France curating interiors in the most luxurious yachts and villas in the world, and years alongside world-class chefs. An education in detail — that the difference between good and exceptional is almost always something small, chosen deliberately.

Guests rarely notice the detail itself. They notice that a room feels considered, and they decide the place is something special — without ever working out why. The detail did that, quietly, before anyone thought about it.

A company run by someone who came up through taking note of the details.

the numbers

on a $500 room

You can put tea in a room for under forty cents. You can also buy single ply toilet paper.

Guests notice all of it. If you are charging five hundred a night, everything in the room should agree with that.

A better bathroom costs real money. The tea tray is the one thing you can elevate for cents, and the only one they will sit down and enjoy.

Better leaves, better botanicals. Blended and packaged in Australia, in small batches. Designed down to the finest detail.

Not in supermarkets. Never on sale. Your guests will notice.

Of course it costs more. That’s the point.

how we work

the easy part

easy ordering

Phone, email, or order online. You will speak to your dedicated account manager.

tiered pricing

Minimums start at five hundred sachets, and a hundred a blend. From there our pricing scales with the volume you take. Ask us where your rooms land on it.

personalised service

You deal with us, never a distributor. Caught short, we move you up the line and split the shipment to keep your rooms stocked.

First orders land in fourteen days, every order after that in seven. We blend to order, so larger runs need more time, and custom work longer again — printing and packaging carry their own lead time. You get a firm date when you order. Sachets arrive in clear bags of one hundred to five hundred, sized to your order. Sealed, they keep eighteen months to two years.
