1. Introduction

By joining The Tea Collective Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This Program is offered at our discretion and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Eligibility & Approval

• The Program is open to individuals and businesses within Australia.
• We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
• Participation may be terminated if we determine an affiliate is violating these terms or acting in a way that negatively impacts The Tea Collective.

3. Referral Tracking & Commission Structure

• Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link to share.
• Commissions are earned when a customer makes a purchase through your link.
• Referral tracking lasts six (6) months from the customer’s first visit. If they do not purchase within that period or stop using your affiliate link, future purchases will not be credited to you.
• If a customer continues using your link, their referrals remain active beyond six months.

4. Payment & Payout Terms

• Commission rates and payout details are available in your affiliate dashboard and may change at any time.
• Payouts are made via PayPal in the first week of every month, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
• Affiliates must ensure their PayPal details are up to date.
• You are responsible for any applicable Australian taxes related to your earnings.

5. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must only use ethical marketing practices.
• No false, misleading, or exaggerated claims should be made about our products.
• Spamming, deceptive marketing, or running paid ads using The Tea Collective’s brand name is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to request the removal of any promotional content that does not align with our brand.

6. Program Changes & Termination

• The Tea Collective reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time.
• Commission rates, payout terms, and eligibility rules may change without prior notice.
• If the Program is discontinued, outstanding commissions will be paid at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

• Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and The Tea Collective.
• We are not responsible for any technical issues, tracking errors, or system failures.
• The Tea Collective is not bound by any obligation to continue offering the Program or any specific terms indefinitely.

By joining and continuing as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
