This one is unashamedly good fun. A brisk black tea scattered with apple pieces, rose petals, calendula and blue cornflower — and then, because why not, real popped corn. It looks like confetti in the caddy and smells like a fairground.

The raspberry arrives sweet and jammy, the popcorn gives it that buttery, faintly salty edge, and the black tea underneath keeps the whole thing from tipping into dessert.
