This recipe is perfect for making sweet and spicy Iced Chai. Perfect coming into those warmer months.
2 tsp (5gms) Gingerbread Chai
1 cup Fresh Filtered Water
1 cup Milk or Milk Alternative
Sweetener of your choice (we love agave)
Bring water to a gentle simmer and add Gingerbread Chai.
Simmer for 4-5 minutes until you have a warm caramel colour.
Add sweetener to warm tea to taste and let cool.
Fill glass with fresh ice, and pour ⅓ of the glass with Chai Tea Mixture.
Top with iced cold milk and a delicate sprinkle of cinnamon.
